01 All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are generally considered final. Upon purchase, you receive immediate and full access to the following:

02 Partial Refund Eligibility

We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

Important: Refund requests that do not meet these criteria, or that are submitted after the 7-day window, will not be eligible for any refund. The decision to grant a partial refund, and the amount of any such refund, is at the sole discretion of One Shot Indicator.

03 Non-Refundable Circumstances

04 Subscription Cancellation

If you are on a recurring subscription plan (Monthly "Starter" or Quarterly "Committed"), you may cancel your subscription at any time. Please note the following:

05 Lifetime Plan ("All-In")

Lifetime Access — Non-Refundable

The Lifetime "All-In" plan is a one-time purchase that grants permanent access to One Shot Indicator and all future updates. Because of the nature of this plan and the immediate access granted, it is non-refundable once access has been provided.

06 How to Request a Refund or Cancel

All refund requests and cancellation notices should be submitted via one of the following channels. Please include your purchase receipt, the email address associated with your account, and a brief explanation of your request. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.

07 Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.

Warning: Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with our team may result in permanent suspension of your account and access to all One Shot Indicator products and services. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that we believe to be unjustified.

If you have a genuine concern about a charge, reaching out to us directly is always the fastest path to resolution. Our team is responsive and committed to fairness.

08 Changes to This Policy

One Shot Indicator reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the product after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
